  • Name10. Before 1st occupation of a dwelling, drainage shall be provided within the site such that surface water does not drain into the public highway and the drainage shall thereafter be so retained.15. The car parking & any turning facilities shown serving each dwelling shall be provided, hard surfaced & made available for use before the dwelling is occupied and shall thereafter be permanently so maintained.16.
